The Triple Tenor is comprised of a normal Tenor pan and two extension drums. The combination of this three-drum set up gives you an astounding 3½ octave range starting at C3. Now, with one instrument you have the range of the Guitar pan all the way through the Tenor pan!

We designed this chromatic instrument specifically to fill the needs of the solo player and the musician who is the only pan player in a group. It’s amazingly easy to play. You don’t lose any of the benefits of the Tenor pan and you gain a tremendous range. Tuned in a way that gives it a deep rich sound in the low register, the Triple Tenor becomes progressively brighter as it goes up in pitch. Thus, the highest notes of the extensions have the same timbre as a Tenor pan. Since the extensions go up to E flat, you can add them with a “D” pan or the Invaders style Lead.
